The National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted searches on Monday at three locations in Jammu and Kashmir linked to an ongoing terror conspiracy case, officials stated.
Among the sites searched was Jamiat ul Banat, a school located in the Lal Bazar area of Srinagar.
Officials said the operation formed part of the agency’s ongoing efforts to dismantle networks involved in planning and facilitating terrorist activity within the Union Territory.

The searches were initiated following specific intelligence indicating the presence of incriminating materials and suspected connections to terror operatives.NIA teams, supported by local police and security forces, carried out simultaneous raids at the identified premises early on Monday.
The objective was to uncover a wider terror network allegedly involved in youth radicalisation, logistics coordination, and activities aimed at disrupting peace and security in the region.
The agency has increased its crackdown on such networks in recent months.
While no arrests have been announced immediately, officials indicated that further action would follow based on the evidence gathered during the searches. The NIA is also investigating potential links between the suspects and banned terrorist organisations operating within and beyond Jammu and Kashmir.
The agency reaffirmed its commitment to neutralising terror threats and safeguarding national security.
