Arms, ammunition recovered during search operation in Kupwara: Army

Army on Wednesday said that arms and ammunition were recovered during a search operation in Tangdhar area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

“On 17 Dec 2024, based on specific intelligence input, a Joint Search Operation was launched by #IndianArmy & @JmuKmrPolice in general area Amrohi, Tangdhar, Kupwara,” said an army spokesman.During searches, four Pistols, six Pistol Magazines, approx four Kgs of narcotics and other war-like stores have been recovered, he said.
