Sh Amit Gupta JKPS Joined as Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi

Sh Amit Gupta takes over the reins of Reasi Police replacing Sh Shailender Singh today on 24th of Feb 2022.

Mr Gupta a JKPS officer of 2001 Batch remained on various prestigious posting before being posted as Senior Superintendent of Police Reasi.

Immediately after taking over as SSP Reasi the officer reviewed the functioning of district police Reasi, law and order and security situation of the district.

In the statement issued today Mr Amit instructed the subordinates to uphold the line of integrity, and discharge the duties with honesty sincerity and dedication. SSP further conveyed that his focus will be on people friendly Policing and will work for maintainance of law and order in the area.Sending tough message for drug peddlers, SSP conveyed that he and his team will work to curb the menace of drug abuse in the area.
