On the directions of the Tehsildar Dansal Dhruv Gupta along with NSS Volunteers and Locals, a Plantation and Cleanliness drive was conducted on Thursday in the Kah- Potta Dansal Area.
Around 200 saplings planted in Kah-Pohta Area today in massive afforestation programme.
Medicinal and fruit plants were planted in the school premises during this drive which witnessed participation of Local Individuals, tehsil administration and Forest Department.
Tehsildar Dansal, Dhruv Gupta, appreciated the efforts of the Forest Department especially in combating the forest fires.
He expressed gratitude towards the Forest Department and NSS Volunteers for making him a part of such a noble cause. He also requested the villagers to help the forest department in countering the forest fires as well as protection of green gold.
Naib Tehsildar Kasturi Lal thanked all the NSS Volunteers and Locals who were present in the commemoration ceremony and also requested the participants to help the forest department in controlling the forest fires as well as protection of Forest.
He thanked the persons who helped the department in countering the forest fires.
