Jugal chaired meeting for launching of "Sansad Khel Sapardha" in Jammu & Samba

Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament Lok Sabha Jammu-Poonch along with DDC Chairman Bharat Bhushan,VC DDC Suraj Singh today chaired meeting with DC Jammu Anshul Garg,DC Samba Anuradha Gupta,Commissioner JMC Avni Lavasa & administrative staff for launching of "Sansad Khel Sapardha" in District Jammu & District samba in his parliamentary constituency.

Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while laying stress on promotion of games and sports said that Sansad Khel Sapardha is the Nationwide flagship programme run by Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of great visionary Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji.He while discussing the modalities of Sansad Khel Sapardha sports programme said that for grooming the talent of budding sports persons in J&K a multi level sports competitions shall be carried out in various sports categories across district Jammu & District Samba. Member Parliament impressed upon all the concerned to identify brand ambassadors at the local level for different games that can be in the form of famous sportspersons from the area who might have played at the national or international level. Member of Parliament asked all the concerned that a steering committee may be formed which will include all the DDC Chairpersons, DCs, Police Heads of the districts so that this process of ‘Sansad Khel Sapardha’ is expedited and also organizing committees which will chalk out the calendars and matches are performed accordingly.He said that this Sapardha get completed in a time bound manner. He stressed for encouraging spirit and culture of sports among the people by making the ‘Sansad Khel Sapardha’ a mass sports mobilization programme.He stated that this channel started with the registration from panchayat level to the Block Level and then District Level teams will go for winning at parliamentary constituency level.He said that the collective efforts will make sure this Sansad Khel Sapardha a big success.

During the meeting ADDC Rajinder Singh,SSP Chandan Kohli,SSP ML Kaith, ADC Suram Chand Sharma,SDM Vijaypur,CPO Joginder Katoch,DYSSO Jammu & Samba, besides other concerned officers were also present.
