Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Anshul Garg today chaired a meeting to review the progress regarding saturation of Aadhar in the District.
CPO Yoginder Katoch; District Education Officer Suraj Singh along with BDOs and officers of other departments were present in the meeting.
At the outset, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the block wise saturation of Aadhar under 3 months to 3 years, 3 years to 6 years and above categories.
 The Deputy Commissioner asked the concerned officers to put in extra efforts to achieve 100 percent saturation of Aadhar in all age group categories within 15 days.
He also directed the DEO to make a plan and host special camps in different schools to cover left out students.
The Block Development Officers were asked to cover the children from 3 months to 6 years age group through the Anganwadi centers and by holding special camps at block level.
The DC directed the officers to gear up their men and machinery and work in synergy with other concerned departments to achieve the target in stipulated time frame.
