BJP District Jammu South under the supreme leadership of its President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan celebrates PM Narendra Modi 's 9 years as "Vikas Tirath" mega programs in both RS Pura Constituency at flyover near Gangyal, Kunjwani, and Bahu Constituency at Gandola point, Bahu Fort falls under Jammu District South. The mega Vikas Tirath events were organized under the presidency of District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan.

Considering the BJP's tenure as service to the nation, in her presidential address Rekha Mahajan said that every decision and every action undertaken was rolled out to "improve the lives of people. She said with a key focus on 9 Saal Bemisaal of Modi government and the BJP Jammu South on today celebrate nine years of the Narendra Modi government by tom-tomming the Prime Minister’s domestic triumphs and his emergence as the “most popular world leader”. Rekha said this is the transformation that the Modi government has brought in the last nine years. Rekha also highlights the flyover project in RS Pura Gangyal, Kunjwani intending to give a major boost to development in the Jammu region, Union Minister for Road, Transport and National Highways Nitin Gadkari has approved several projects saying under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, infrastructure in the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir is transforming rapidly.
Modi government has approved the development work of the Jakh (Vijaypur)-Kunjwani section of National Highway-44 to a six-lane Expressway and it's another milestone that benefits the common masses in upcoming days, Rekha added.
Rekha furthermore underscored that setting the records straight regarding the Jammu Ropeway project, in Bahu Fort Gandola point in Jammu, today informed that the project is named as Bahu-Mubarak Mandi Ropeway project with Peer Kho as a takeoff point, Mahamaya as the intermediary and Bahu Fort as the landing terminal. She said in nine years of the Modi government J&K is transforming into tourism. Rekha while elucidating numerous projects on Vikas Tirath (Mega Jan Sampark) public outreach program, envisages a total transformation in the state’s tourism profile.
Baldev Billowaria said today on the one hand, under the leadership of Modi ji, the country is safe and is creating new dimensions of pride in the world, on the other hand, the government has new parameters of development and welfare of the poor.
Vikram Randhawa said that Jammu and Kashmir is receiving special focus in terms of financial and other incentives for development as a self-sustained tourism hub. The union territory is witnessing a discernible change in every sphere of growth and development with a visible improvement and added professionalism in the working system.
Charanjeet Kalsa, hailing the PM leadership and said that in the successful 9 years of Modi Sarkar, J&K witnesses a positive change and the whole populace feels proud and secure under his supreme visionary leadership.
