B. V. R. Subrahmanyam to be Commerce Secretary of India, the order to this effect shall be issued today itself, the Union Government has decided to utilise the experience of Sh. Subramanyam in World Bank , as the economy has seen a sliding trend since last few years, the posting is likely to infuse new lease of life in Commerce department.
